Ask:How do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, click on "Buy It Now" to put it in your Shopping Cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to Checkout and make payment for your item(s). Remember, any item isn't yours until you finished payment for it. Until then, someone else can still buy it.


Ask:  What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment Methods as follows:
1. Online Payment: all credit card,debit card and bank account payment via PayPal,

2. Western Union: Only takes several minutes. You should pay little handing charge based on different amount.All our WESTERN UNION info will be emailed to you in with our quotation.and the WESTERN UNION web sit is  http://www.westernunion.com
3.Bank Wire Transfer: Direct transfer from your bank to our account of China Merchants Bank,this is best choice for larger orders. It only takes one or two days for the transfer arrival if your bank has direct correspondence. China Merchants Bank are open all weekend! This helps to expedite your production. All our bank info will be emailed to you in with our quotation. you can get our bank account by Email(info@neonlightsign.com).
Ask:  Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
YES! We do not store your card info on our servers at any time, all your online payment will be made on the Authorization Payment Service Provider Site such as PayPal,  This site uses SSL encryption for maximum security when passing your Payment Information.
Ask:  Will you collect Sales Tax on my order?
NO. We are strictly an Internet business, and currently not required by law to collect sales tax.
Ask:  How much will I pay for shipping?
The shipping cost to world wide for each items is about $40, but FREE for each addtional item if with combine shipping, it will be listed directly below the order when you confirm your order in checkout process.
Due to the nature of Neon and its glass components, the shipping cost is a little high  proportion to the lowest item price, but the total price is still much lower than the retail price, and our shipping cost includes insurance to protect your items against any breaks that could occur during delivery.
Please note: Few countries such as German may occasionally charge a little customs fees, which should be charged from the local buyer.
Ask:How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?
All of the orders will be shipped via Worldwide Express Mail Service(EMS), and ship most orders within 1-5 business days of receiving the payment. Most orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next 3 business day. After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
Your item(s) will be received in 5 to 15 business days after shipping. All items will be shipped from the direct  warehouse where located in the Guangdong, China.

Please note: Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

Ask:How can I track my package?

All packages will be shipped include a tracking number with which you can track your package on the the postal Office website (such as USPS.COM) in your country, after it was accepted by the carrier.



Ask:Do you accept Returns?
Yes! We accept Returns or Replacement If you are not fully satisfied with our products or broken during the mail. But please accept our Return Policies:

Return Authorization: Pease contact us for discuss about returns or replacement if you are not fully satisfied with our products or broken during the mail.

Return Conditions: Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase, and all items must be returned in original package and condition, in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, etc.

Freight Damage: All shipping breakage must be reported to the carrier and us within 48 hours.

Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are non-refundable, customer is responsible for return and replacement charges.

Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, dependent on product and vendor policy.
